SET CONTAINS: 1 orange, 1 green, and 1 purple color packet (3g / 1½ tsp each). One packet frosts a cake, a dozen cupcakes, or a dozen cookies.
HOW TO USE:
Light color: use 1 packet per pint of frosting
Vibrant color: use 1 packet per ½ pint of frosting
For baking: blend color powder with dry ingredients before adding liquid
For pre-made frosting: stir powder directly into frosting, or mix with a small amount of water first (¼ tsp water + 1¼ tsp color powder) to form a smooth paste for easy blending.
Natural colors are heat sensitive. Fading may occur when baking into cake for color. Most vibrant with frostings and icings.
